This mother of twins and triplets openly testifies about the physical changes after giving birth. She is grateful that she is raising such beautiful children.

It could be said that the Danish Michelle Meier-Morsi became famous for her tummy. She has almost 350 thousand followers on Instagram. How? The mother of five documented her triplet pregnancy and gained a large following for her candor about the changes pregnancy caused in her body.

Michella gave birth to twins a few years ago, and at the beginning of this year, the sisters were joined by three more boys – triplets. The very fact that she is the mother of twins and triplets at the same time makes her one of the few women in the world with this kind of experience. Michella is very open about her relationship with her body, as she openly testifies with pictures and words about the physical changes she experienced during pregnancy and after giving birth.

We can only try to imagine what changes and pressures her body went through during the period of two but multiple pregnancies. Already after the birth of the twins, she had serious problems due to diastasis and all the consequences. The most obvious change was, of course, the incredible size of her belly, which she and her husband documented shortly before the triplets were born.

Since her skin had to stretch a lot and her internal organs experienced a lot of stress while the triplets were in her stomach, Michella is still feeling the consequences, even though more than half a year has passed since the birth of the triplets. She continues to mention the severe pains and spasms he feels in her stomach, pelvis, and back.

At the same time, she wrote how afraid she is to visit her doctor because she is afraid to hear the diagnosis and the seriousness of the damage to the abdominal wall and muscles caused by pregnancy with triplets. The doctor measured her diastasis (distance between the abdominal muscles), which in some places was as much as 18 centimeters.

Due to injuries and pain, Michelle will have to undergo surgery in the future. However, since she plans to breastfeed the triplets for an even longer time and, in the meantime, she has to raise as many as five small children, she wrote that surgery is probably out of the question for some time.
