Britney Spears put on another dancing show in her living room on Tuesday, as she showed off her toned stomach in tiny bikini bottoms and a crop top.

The Grammy-winning singer, 41, who has changed her Instagram name to River Red, put on a very surprising display as she put together a dance routine.

She looked as youthful as ever in a vibrant yellow ruffled off-the-shoulder top, while her tiny pair of snakeskin bikini bottoms left little to the imagination.

The star put on a very leggy display as she added a pair of knee-high leather boots, while her blonde mane was loose.

Posting to her 41.9 million Instagram followers, Britney stared down the camera as she squatted, mimed a heart with her hearts and swirled to Sauce by Naïka.

However, some fans were left concerned by the singer’s moves – which is the latest in a series of dancing posts.

Taking to Twitter one said: ‘Okay, Britney Spears genuinely needs help,’ while another added: ‘I’m genuinely concerned about Britney Spears.’

However others saw the fun side of the video, saying: ‘I just love Britney Spears dancing vids.’

On Monday the Toxic singer revealed ‘I did 8 videos yesterday!!!’, adding that it was her first time in a while showing off her dance moves.

Notably, the star was once again wearing her wedding ring in Tuesday’s video.

It comes after Britney brushed off rumours of marriage woes with Sam Asghari as she put her wedding ring back on after being spotted without the sparkler on a recent trip to Hawaii.

In an Instagram video on Monday, the singer also mentioned a recent incident with Sam when he helped her when her car broke down, seeming to suggest that things were all right between the two.

She referenced a recent incident in which her car broke down and she called on her husband Sam to shield her, though she referred to him by his original name Hesam.

‘I got out telling Hesam to come on my side and the paps were there and took pics … I looked like an idiot !!! My facial expression, the way I was leaning over, the pooch in my stomach !!!’ she said.

Britney’s recent trip without Sam and the fact that both were recently spotted without their wedding rings on has fueled rumors of trouble between the two, though her latest post downplayed those concerns.

A representative for Sam also denied the concerns, saying, ‘Sam is not having marital issues. He simply took off his ring because he is filming a movie.’

In related news, a memoir the singer has been working on with novelist and journalist Sam Lansky will be put out this autumn, Page Six reported Thursday.
