During their conversation, Johnson told Heath to do some introspection. “You have to figure out why you’re really doing this. It might have to be, ‘this is your last one,’” Johnson told the bodybuilding champion.

“You might have to put yourself in that mindset,” Johnson told Heath. The bodybuilding champion said Johnson explained, “there are other goals that you have that may not coexist, they may not coincide with one another.” Heath found Johnson’s words meaningful and understood he won’t be satisfied competing for the sake of competing.
